Tom Bunbury's Ultimate Fitness will start this Weds at 7 pm for OCJJ master students.
The goal of the class is to add functional strength and muscle for the participating student.

People have different belief systems and it runs everywhere.
In the martial arts, people believe that Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate will protect them. Against a normal person, yes. Against a criminal or thug, no.

The second floor fitness center is almost completed. Thomas Bunbury's Ultimate Fitness will open its doors next week. We have state of the art fitness equipment which includes Freemotion machines.
