The OC Jiu JItsu CSW and Erk Paulson CSW Pankration team took 1st place at the Team Pankration tournament at Santa Ana last Saturday.
The Pankration team tournament is the premier amateur MMA event in the country. The culmination of striking, kicking, takedowns, grappling all comes together in this event.

I see many martial arts academies that advertise that they teach life skills, discipline, and respect. I find it amazing, that many people believe this can be accomplished 2-3 times a week for an hour each session.
