Customizing your martial arts training

A lot of people fail the standard popular diets due to the lack of customization. Meaning, that some people will respond better on a higher fat diet ( not butter, but almonds and etc.,) than a protein one and vice versa. The problem is that the popular diets (i.e. Atkins diet) promote that it will work for everyone, and it will not.
The same goes for martial arts. You can’t only learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or MMA. You really have to experience everything and incorporate the different elements from each. Not every person is the same.
The success of Starbucks is that each customer can pick and choose. Gone are the days where you can only order one type of Farmer’s coffee. At OC Jiu Jitsu and MMA, we have 7 different martial arts to pick from and it is your decision which one flows with your body.
