The Rise of American Submission Wrestling
February 26th, 2007 | by |Dan Henderson (American Olympian and Pride fighter) is one of the leaders of the American rise in MMA. No longer are the rings and cages dominated by the Brazilians and Europeans.
The Americans have , and always will, improve upon things and make it their own. In this case, it is the mix of submission wrestling with boxing.
It is a natural fit for the Amercians to use Wrestling (and combine it with Jiu Jitsu) and call it Submission Wrestling. The future is bright for Submission Wrestling in the future.
