Sport specific weight room
March 10th, 2007 | by |We are building our sport specific weight room for BJJ, No-GI-, and MMA. We already have one of few machines in the world, Marpo Kinetics, that is specific for grappling. The room, located upstairs, will have free weights, snap tubes (used for throws), and balance equipment.
We are slowly building the academy to be the premier MMA and Grappling facility in the state, as well as, Tactical Self-Defense with our Navy Seal Rapid Assault Tactics course.
